The Board and Thread endpoints now have dynamic rendering. An ObjectRuntime class has been created to to perform blocking IO on startup. In the IDE, the database is ephemeral and must be populated with dummy boards and posts at startup for the purposes of testing the rendering logic (WebDraw).
This change from #13 merges the PoC WebDraw render logic with the accelerated database logic. One object to rule them all.
